If you're signed in
The fastest way is directly from your dashboard:
- Go to your dashboard.
- In the Account panel, click Delete.
- Type
DELETEto confirm, then click Delete Account.
Your account and all associated data (email, order history, eSIM activations, push tokens) will be permanently removed from our systems immediately.
If you can't sign in
Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We'll process the request within 7 days and email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, password hash)
- Order history and payment records not required for tax/accounting purposes
- eSIM activation records
- Push notification tokens
- Any support conversations tied to your account
What we retain
For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons, we retain a minimal record of purchase transactions (order ID, amount, timestamp, anonymised) for up to 7 years as required by UK and EU regulations. This data is not tied to personally identifiable information after account deletion.
