Choosing the right plan
What people ask.
What people ask
How do I choose between a country and regional plan?+
If you're visiting one country, a country plan is usually cheaper. If you're crossing borders (e.g. a Europe trip), a regional plan covers multiple countries with a single eSIM — no switching needed.
Can I buy multiple eSIMs for different countries?+
Yes. Most modern phones support multiple eSIM profiles. You can install one per destination and switch between them, or use a regional plan to cover everything.
What happens if I run out of data?+
Your eSIM will stop providing data, but you won't be charged extra. You can purchase a new plan at any time and it activates instantly — no need to remove the old one.
Do plans work in rural areas?+
Our eSIMs connect to major local carrier networks in each country, so coverage matches what locals get. In most countries this includes good rural coverage, though remote areas may have limited signal.
Can I top up or extend my plan?+
You can purchase a new plan for the same destination at any time. It will work alongside or replace your existing plan depending on your phone's settings.
Do I need to unlock my phone?+
Your phone needs to be eSIM-compatible (iPhone XS+, Samsung S20+, Pixel 3+) but does not need to be carrier-unlocked for eSIM to work. Your physical SIM stays active for calls and texts.
