By accessing or using cocoroam.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
COCOROAM provides eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller of eSIM products from partner networks. Plans provide mobile data connectivity in specified countries or regions.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are displayed in your selected currency with conversion from USD.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase.
- eSIM delivery is instant via QR code and email after successful payment.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
5. eSIM Plans
- Activation: Plans activate when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination country.
- Validity: The validity period begins from the moment of first activation.
- Data: Data allowances are as described at the time of purchase. Once data is exhausted, the connection stops. No overage charges apply.
- Coverage: Coverage depends on local partner networks and may vary in remote areas.
- Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated.
- Once an eSIM has been activated (connected to a network), it is not eligible for a refund.
- If you experience technical issues with activation, contact support and we will assist or offer a replacement.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell or redistribute eSIM plans purchased from COCOROAM.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
- Abuse the network in a way that degrades service for other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
COCOROAM is not liable for: network outages or coverage gaps controlled by local carriers; device incompatibility; loss of data or revenue resulting from service interruptions; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on cocoroam.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of COCOROAM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Active eSIM plans will continue to function until their expiry.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
